Robert Rivera
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rivera is the President of Spectrum Communications, a $30 million dollar communications networking company he started when he was 19 years old. Spectrum Communications is two-time recipient of the INC. 500 - Fastest Growing Companies in America Award. And three-time recipient of the Fastest Growing Hispanic Company in America Award. Mr. Rivera founded SafeSites because he realized that as America's Schools were connected to the Internet (Spectrum's business), that there would be a need to provide a "safe" platform through which kids could "surf" the Net. This year, Mr. Rivera was the First Runner- up for the Ernst & Young Inland Empire Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Kamiar Ashraf
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ashraf has over 16 years of experience in the capital markets. Prior to joining SafeSites, he has held VP positions with Chase Manhattan in Derivatives structuring, Managing Director of UFM Broker/Dealer and Bank United in Structured Finance, as well as being the managing partner of APS Partners, a private investment partnership. He received his joint Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics from the University of London, London School of Economics. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington.

Pierre Pendergrass
General Counsel

Pierre Pendergrass handles the legal affairs for the Company. He has been with SafeSites since it was founded. Prior to joining the Company full-time he served as legal counsel for Telecommunications Developments and Innovations, a telecommunications consulting and management services company. He has also served as legal counsel for several wireless and wireline communications projects in California. Mr. Pendergrass received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco.
